All of the grids have a drop down menu of options. The options are: Add ____, Edit _____, Toggle Active, Toggle Deleted, and sometimes one or two other options specific to that grid.
Toggle Active
When a record is marked inactive, it will still show in the grid. To mark a record active, click on the row that you want to activate, and select Toggle Active.
Toggle Deleted
Deleted records are not gone forever but will not show in the grid. To delete a record, click on the row and select Toggle Deleted. Marking a record as deleted also marks it as inactive.
The deleted record will show in the grid when Show Deleted Records box is checked. You can select that record and activate it by selecting Toggle Active.
