What's New?

  • Event Management
    • We're excited to release our new Event Management module! To learn more, click here.
  • Online Fees
    • Fees can now be charged on the E-commerce portal.  This gives users the ability to add service charge fees to the checkout page or fees can be charged to individual products. 
  • Guided Walkthrus and videos
    • Training has been made simple with new step-by-step walkthrus and videos which are easily accessible in the new help widget located in the bottom left corner of the employee portal.  


  • Modifier items can now be tracked in inventory
  • Ticketing improvements. 
    • Test print button added for PDF ticket templates
    • Scans per day option added to ticket type form
    • HTML code editing now supported on PDF ticket template form
    • Ticketing activity speed enhanced
  • Tax exempt option added to payment window
  • New reports (Check the reports page to see all reports)
    • Scan history can now be exported into excel
    • Tax exempt report
    • Gift card usage summary report
    • Gift card usage detail report
  • Discounts can now be restricted so only one discount code can be used per transaction within a discount package

Bug Fixes

  • Combo items not being removed from inventory
  • Merging guests now keep correct data chosen
  • Discount codes are working now with spaces
  • Tickets in product groups not printing fix
  • Membership discount bug when removed from cart
  • eCommerce "sellable in guest portal" checkbox fixed
  • Discounts calculating incorrectly when uses per transaction is set at 1
  • Other minor bug fixes throughout
