Parameters

Expiration Date - expiration date of the membership.

Report Items

First Name - First name of the guest.

Last Name - Last name of the guest.

Guest Email - email of the guest.

Guest Account Owner - is the owner of the account or just a secondary guest.

Membership Package Name - Name of the package availed.

Date of purchase - the date the membership was purchased.

Expiration Date - expiration date of the membership.

Pay Plan Name - name of the payplan.

Pay Plan Status - status of the pay plan.

Payment Schedule Date - payment schedule.

Date of payment - date membership was paid.

Payment Amount - amount paid for the membership.

Payment ID - unique ID for the payment.

Failed Attempts - number of to pay the membership. This might be due to Credit Card failure.
