Displays the summary of sales based on selected date range and group by.

Parameters

Start Date - start date of sales in range

Start Hour - start hour of sales in range

Start Minute - start minute of sales in range

Start Second - start second of sales in range

Group By - select the column by which the report should be grouped for summaries

Show Sessions on Deferred Basis - by default, session revenue is recognized when the payment is received.  Optionally, you can report session revenue on an accrual basis.

End Date - end date of sales in range

End Hour - end hour of sales in range

End Minute - end minute of sales in range

End Second - end second of sales in range

Location - filter the report values by location.

Transaction Source Category - filter where the transaction is created through Online or On-Site.

Summary Level - 1st group by of the sales.

Summary level Sub group 1- 2nd group by of the sales.

Summary level Sub group 2- 3nd group by of the sales.

Show Event's product name as - Event assignment of the package name.

Include SubTotal - hide/show the subtotal of per group.

Sales Display - hide / show specific sections of the report ex. credit sales, accruals.

Date Range Comparison - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.

Summary by Earned Sales 

Summary Level - 1st group by of the sales.

Summary level Sub group 1- 2nd group by of the sales.

Summary level Sub group 2- 3nd group by of the sales.

Transaction Count - number of transactions based on the date range and on the summary groups.

Quantity Sold - Total number of quantity sold based on the date range and the summary groups.

Quantity Refunded - Total number of quantity refunded based on the date range and the summary groups. 

Gross Sales - Total Gross Sales based on the date range and the summary groups. 

Discounts - Total Discounts based on the date range and the summary groups. 

Refunds - Amount of refunds based on the date range and the summary groups. 

Net Sales - Gross Sales - Discounts - Refunds.

Sales Tax - Tax Amount based on the date range and the summary groups. 

Grand Total - Net Sales + Sales tax.

Summary Level - 1st group by of the sales.

Summary level Sub group 1- 2nd group by of the sales.

Summary level Sub group 2- 3nd group by of the sales.
