Member Portal Overview

The member portal is a customer-facing website that allows your customers to view and manage their own accounts, their memberships, and much more. Many of the useful features include the following:

  • View memberships and add-ons
  • Buy new memberships
  • View and print digital memberships
  • View and print tickets
  • Redeem vouchers
  • Manage account information
  • Add new members to the account
  • View receipts and transactions
  • Change password 

To access the member portal, use the naming convention The URL prefix is usually related to your company name.
