Guests
Guests are records of individual customers of your business. Guests own many different information sets across the Aluvii applications. Some of the information sets that a guest can own are barcodes, memberships, and gift cards.
As a guest can own multiple records within information sets, it is possible or even likely that your guest may own multiple barcodes, gift cards or memberships. In some cases, if you had membership data ported from another system into Aluvii you may have multiple barcodes for a given guest. As long as there is only one instance of a barcode number the guest can be identified by any assigned number. This will allow the guest to use whichever identification card they currently posses for identification in the Aluvii Access Control activity.
