Webhooks API

The Webhooks API enables third-party systems (such as an email marketing platform or CRM) to receive automatic real-time updates from Aluvii, making manual imports and data cleanup a thing of the past.  Once a subscription is set up, Aluvii will send a request to your specified URL every time an event related to your subscription occurs. These updates are immediate and ensure that your third-party system stays in sync with Aluvii's booking and/or customer data.

Get started with the new Webhooks API:

  1. Setup Your Subscription
You can subscribe to the webhooks you need by specifying the events you'd like to receive notifications for. To set up a subscription:

    • Contact the Aluvii Support Team for assistance in setting up your webhook subscription. You can subscribe to booking data and/or customer data.
  2. Provide Your Endpoint URL
Once you have determined which events you want to subscribe to, you'll need to provide the webhook URL where you want to receive the webhook data.

  3. Activate the feature in Aluvii
Once the subscription is in place, Aluvii will need to enable the Webhooks feature on the backend. Contact for assistance in enabling it.

  4. Receive Event Data
Once your webhook subscription is active, the Aluvii software will start sending webhook requests with event data to your endpoint whenever a relevant action occurs. This data includes details about new bookings or customer updates.

Supported Webhook Events

Currently, our Webhooks API supports the following events:

  • Bookings:
    • New booking created
    • Booking updated
    • Booking cancelled
  • Customer Data:
    • Customer created
    • Customer updated

You can subscribe to any combination of these events, depending on what’s most important to your operations.

Sample Use-Cases

Keep marketing software and CRMs up-to-date with latest guest data.

Send automated booking reminder emails 1 week before the party to confirm details.

What Does It Cost?

The Webhooks API is considered a premium feature and comes with a small monthly fee. This fee enables the feature and provides you with real-time data updates and seamless integration with your systems, saving costs along the way.
