About Aluvii Implementation

During the Aluvii implementation you will be assigned an implementation specialist.  This person will help you learn and navigate the software.  During the implementation phase, we will help outline your goals as well as establish a "go live date".  During this phase, our support line and chat resource is only to be used on an emergency basis.  This is to help our clients maintain one point of contact throughout the implementation process.  This ensures that all the client communication and information can be contained in one place.  Implementation starts with a 15 minute "kick-off" call followed by several follow up meetings to answer questions as well as in depth training of the software.  There is no limit to these meetings as they are included with your implementation.  However, there are a few things that must be done by the client on their own time to ensure the process stays on track.  Here is a list of just some of the items that will be covered in your implementation. 

  1. A needs analysis 
  2. Data import
  3. Credit card processing
  4. Hardware setup and consultation
  5. Training

Lastly we would like to remind our clients that the Aluvii platform functions best using the Google Chrome browser. Please ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or any other non preferred browser.
