    • Email mode: Test mode will send any emails generated from Aluvii to the emails listed in the QA email field. Live mode is what you'll use when ready to go live with Aluvii. It will send live emails to the actual email address.
    • Password Reset Link Expiry Time: This is the duration of time that emailed password reset links will expire.
    • Max Login Attempts: This is the max number of times a guest can attempt to login to customer-facing portals before the account gets deactivated. Employees can reactivate guest accounts from their account.

    • Default Time Zone: This is the default time zone that will be used through Aluvii when displaying time stamps.
    • Internal Language: Set the default language system wide. The language can be toggled per user by using the country flag icon in the top right, but this setting will set the default.

    • Semi: Check this box for semi-integrated payment gateway integrations. This is used primarily in Canada.
    • Separate by Location: Using the Cardknox gateway, you can use a single gateway key but still route payments to specific locations using the location ID of the transaction. This allows for depositing credit card funds into separate bank accounts for multi-location facilities.
    • Gateway Action URL: This is set by the integration so Aluvii knows how to route the payments properly.
    • Gateway Online Key: This field is given by the payment gateway provider unique per client.
    • Require Signature Capture: When this setting is enabled, users will be prompted for a signature after processing credit card payments. It can be turned on or off by module.

    • Include Billing Info: This field is enabled to include billing info on payments. Primarily for countries that require this.
