Guest Export
Report Guide for Users
What this report shows, the choices you make when running it, and how to read each section.
What this report is for
The Guest Export report builds a downloadable list of guest profiles — contact info, address, birthdate, marketing consent, and more — that you can filter down by who visited, their age, their zip code, and more. It's designed for pulling guest lists for things like marketing campaigns, mailing lists, or general guest data exports.
How the report works
If you leave the Visit Start Date and Visit End Date blank, the report includes your full guest list. If you set a date range, it narrows the list down to guests who actually visited (checked in, scanned a ticket, or used a membership) during that window. From there, you can layer on additional filters — age, birthday month, zip code, waiver status, marketing consent, and account type — to narrow the list down further.
The choices you make when running it
These are the settings available. Everything else is calculated automatically.
1. Who visited
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Visit Start Date | The beginning of the visit window. Leave blank to not filter by visit date. |
| Visit End Date | The end of the visit window. Leave blank to not filter by visit date. |
2. Age and birthday
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Include All Age | Choose Yes to include guests of every age. Choose No to filter by a specific age range using Age From/To below. |
| Age From / To | Only available when Include All Age is set to No. Sets the minimum and maximum age to include. |
| Birthday Month | Choose one or more months to include only guests whose birthday falls in those months — handy for birthday club mailings. |
3. Location, waivers, and marketing
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Zipcode | Enter a zip code to only include guests in that zip code. Leave blank to include all zip codes. |
| Include Guest with Waivers | Choose Yes to only include guests who have signed a digital waiver. Choosing Yes also unlocks the Allow Marketing filter, since marketing consent is captured at the time a waiver is signed. |
| Allow Marketing | Filter by whether the guest opted in to marketing communications (Yes, No, or No Waiver on file). Only meaningful when Include Guest with Waivers is set to Yes; otherwise it shows as Not Applicable. |
4. Account type and notes
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Show Account Type | Choose Yes to include an Account Type column on the report. |
| Account Type | Filter the report down to guests of a specific account type. Leave on All to include every account type. |
| Show Notes | Choose Yes to include each guest's account Notes on the report. |

How to read the layout
The report is a flat list — one row per guest matching your filters — designed to be exported and used in another tool (like a mailing list platform) rather than reviewed on screen. Combine the visit date range with the age, birthday, zip code, waiver, and marketing filters to build the exact audience you need before exporting.
