Guest Export

Listing of all guests for export. Typically used for marketing purposes.

Parameters

Birthday Month: birthday month of the guest.  Because 1) there are potentially tens or even hundreds of thousands of guests, and 2) because this report is often used to market to guests with birthdays coming up, this parameter allows you to filter guests only for certain birthday months.  Note that when no birthday is selected, 1/1/1900 is the default.

Allow Marketing: select guests who have indicated "yes," they allow marketing or "no," they do not allow marketing

Visit Start Date - Guest visit start date. Value can be null to have a wider range.

Visit End Date - Guest visits in range.

Age From - Dropdown to choose guest age specific range.

Age To - Dropdown to choose guest age specific range.

Include All Age - No age specific. This will disable the Age From parameter.

Zipcode - display Guest with specific Zipcode.

Include Guest with Waivers - Yes will enable the Allow Marketing parameter. No will just display those without.

Allow Marketing - exclude / include set of guest based on chosen value.

Account Type - displays what kind of account type the guest is.

Show Account Type - hide / show the account type field.

Updated On:  date time the guest was last updated

First Name: first name of guest

Last Name: last name of guest

Middle Name: middle name of guest

Primary Email:  primary email address of guest

Secondary Email:  secondary email address of guest

Primary Phone: primary phone number of guest

Is Primary Phone Mobile: true if the primary phone number has been designated as a mobile phone; otherwise, false.

Secondary Phone: secondary phone number of guest

Is Secondary Phone Mobile: true if the secondary phone number has been designated as a mobile phone; otherwise, false.

Street Address: primary street address line 1 of guest

Street Address 2:  primary street address line 2 of guest

Zip Code: primary address postal code of guest

City: primary address city of guest

State: primary address state of guest

Country: primary address country of guest

Secondary Street Address: secondary street address line 1 of guest

Secondary Street Address 2: secondary street address line 2 of guest

Secondary Zip Code: secondary street address postal code of guest

Secondary City: secondary street address city of guest

Secondary State: secondary street address state of guest

Secondary Country: secondary street address country of guest

Birth Date: birth date of guest.   1/1/1900 is the default

Guest Account Owner: true if the guest is the owner/responsible party of the guest account; otherwise false

Guest Account Id: guestAccountId of the guest

Allow Marketing: 1 if the guest allows marketing; otherwise 0

Language: language of the guest.  Default is en-US

Account Type - displays what kind of account type the guest is.
