Waiver Custom Fields

Custom field values from waivers.

Parameters

Start Signed Date: start date at 00:00:00 of date the waiver was signed

Guest Last Name: optionally search for a guest last name

Waivers to Display:

• All waivers signed by guest shows all of the waivers the guest has signed
• Last waiver signed by guest shows only the most recent waiver signed by the guest
• First waiver signed by the guest shows only the first waiver signed by the guest 

End Signed Date: end date at 23:59:59.999 of date the waiver was signed

Guest Frist Name: optionally input search for a guest first name

Display View: Browser to display the report with interactive drill downs.  Export to display all values in a table format without interactively drilling down on specific records.

Fields

Waiver Group Id: unique waiverGroupId.  When a guardian signs a waiver for themselves and one or more children, a SignedWaiverId is assigned to the waiver for themselves and each child.  This group of multiple SignedWaiverIds are assigned to a WaiverGroupId.

Waiver Id: SignedWaiverId (see Waiver Group)

Guest Id: guestId of the guest associated with the SignedWaiverId

Guest Name: name of the guest associated with the SignedWaiverId

Date of Signature: date the waiver was signed

Field Name: name of the custom field

Field Value: value input by the guest for the custom field
