Tickets Created and Scanned

List of all tickets that have been created and their scan status

Parameters

Display View: 

• Browser Summary

Start Date: start date of the field indicated in Date Type

Ticket Type Name: name of the ticket type

Date Type: indicate whether you want the Start Date and End Date parameters to filter on the date the ticket was scanned or the date the ticket was created

End Date: end date of the field indicated in Date Type

Fields

Browser Summary View

Ticket Type Name: name of the ticket type

Created: number of tickets created for the ticket type

Redeemed: number of tickets consumed for the ticket type

Browser Detail View

Ticket Id: unique ticketId of the ticket

Barcode Number: barcode number of the ticket

Ticket Type Name: name of the ticket type

Source of Ticket: the portal through which the ticket was purchased

Ticket Creation Date: date the ticket was created

Sales Price per Ticket: sales price per ticket

Ticket square with plus symbol drill down (because tickets can be scanned more than once):

• Scan Date: date the ticket was scanned
• Scan Result: approved or denied
• Entrance Entitlement Name: name of the entrance entitlement scanned

Export View

Same as browser detail view, except that each scan is a new record.  This means the same TicketId can be repeated multiple times if the ticket has been scanned multiple times.
