List of all memberships

Parameters

Date to Filter:

• Date of Purchase: apply the Start Date and End Date filter to the date the membership was purchased
• Date of Last Use: apply the Start Date and End Date filter to the date the membership was last used
• Membership Start Date: apply the Start Date and End Date filter to the date the membership starts
• Membership Expiration Date:  apply the Start Date and End Date filter to the date the membership expires

Membership Package Level: filter to show only guest level memberships, account level memberships, or both

Start Date: start date at 00:00:00 of the date field selected in Date of Purchase parameter

End Date; end date at 23:59:59.999 of the date field selected in Date of Purchase parameter

Membership Package: membership package

Columns to Show - Hide / Show the columns inside the report.

Fields

Guest Id: unique guestId associated with the membership

First Name: first name of the guest associated with the membership

Last Name: last name of the guest associated with the membership

Guest Email: primary email of the guest associated with the membership

Guest Phone: primary phone of the guest associated with the membership

Guest Account Id: guestAccountId of the guest account associated with the membership

Guest Account Name: guest account name of the guest account associated with the membership

Guest Account Email: primary guest account email of the guest account associated with the membership

Membership Package Name: membership package name

Qty Remaining: quantity of uses remaining.  Memberships with no limit of scans also return 0

Membership Package Level: guest for guest level memberships and guest account for guest account memberships

Date of Purchase: date time the membership was purchased

Date of Last Use: date time the membership was last used

Membership Start Date: date time the membership starts

membership Expiration Date: date time the membership expires

Voucher Id: voucherId of the voucher used to redeem the membership

Date Last Printed: date the membership card was last printed
