To Scan/Validate a membership of your guest using the Guest Management activity, follow these steps:
1. In the Guest Management activity, search the guest using Barcode, Name, Phone, or Email Address.
2. Once you have found the guest account, click on the caret to expand the guest details.
3. In the Account Info tab, which is displayed by default, find the membership you'd like to validate/scan. Click on the drop down arrow beside the Action button. Select Validate/Scan to scan the membership.
4. Choose which entitlement they want to consume.
