What Is an Email Sender?
An email sender is the "From" email address your customers will see when they receive emails from you via the Growth Marketing Module. It should reflect your organization’s identity and help build trust with your audience.
Customers without a business email address or domain can be provided one by Aluvii through Hostpapa.com
1. To add a Sender, select Settings > Sender. Then select Add Sender.
2. Fill out the Sender Details then select Add User
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Sender Name | This is what appears in the recipient's inbox (e.g., FunPark Promotions). |
| Email Address | The actual address emails will come from (e.g., marketing@funpark.com). |
| Reply-To Email | Optional. Where replies will be sent. This can be the same or different from the sender email. |
3. Verify the Email domain
- Once the business email has been added, the status will be seen as unverified. Clicking on the highlighted icon will trigger the verification process. The customer will receive a verification email.
- Upon verifying the email, the status will be seen as verified.
