Newsletter campaigns are a versatile way to maintain ongoing communication, nurture loyalty, and encourage repeat visits. You can tailor your campaigns to specific audiences, such as guests with active memberships, expired memberships, or other segmented lists, ensuring that each message is relevant and timely.

Steps:
General Setup
2. Campaign Format: Email. Note that in order to minimize SMS compliance issues, one-time campaigns with SMS are not supported. SMS messages can only be sent on repeating schedule type campaigns.
3. Data Source: Guest Account (most common). See article on data sources for guidance on other options such as sending a blast to all members (past and present), everyone who has booked an event (past and present), everyone who has recently visited your business.
4. Subject Line: Type the email subject that email recipients will see in their inbox. The subject line is an important determinant for whether a customer reads your email. Read our blog post for guidance on subject lines that get opens.
5. Email Sender: select one of your preconfigured email senders. This is the "From:" email address your customers will see when they receive emails from you via the Growth Marketing Module.
6. Campaign Channel: select Newsletter.

7. Campaign Type: select Send a One-Time Email.
8. Email Recipient: select Guest Account. That will go to the guest account email, which is the main email address for the household.
9. Email Template: select the email template that you'll be using for this campaign.
Schedule
10. Date & Time to Send Email: select the date and time that you'd like your email to start sending. See our blog post on the best days and times to send marketing emails to families.
Filters
11. + New Filter: Select the filters based on your data source to reach exactly the right recipients. Note that all filters must be true ("and" condition) in order for your recipient to receive the email. Press the preview records to gut check the total emails that will be sent and a sample list of recipients.
Best Practices:
- Send a test email before publishing the Campaign.
- Double check all placeholder fields (aka merge tags) for accuracy
12. Congratulations! You are now ready to publish your Campaign! Just hit the "Publish" button.
