The online review management feature allows you to gather star rating feedback and then encourages reviewers that provide a 5-star rating (or whatever minimum threshold you set) to also post their review publicly on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Those who provided 4-stars or less are prompted to share private feedback that only you and your team can see.
Online reviews play a critical role in how potential customers discover and choose your business. Positive reviews build trust, improve your visibility on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook and directly influence booking and purchase decisions.
Share your feedback link on your website, social media, or in print with a QR code. When paired with the Growth Marketing Module’s automated campaigns, you can include a link to the online review form in any automated campaign.
Watch an example:
Setup Online Review Management
1. Click Feedback on the left navigation menu.
2. Click Get Started if you see that prompt, which simply indicates that you have not performed the initial setup of the feedback feature.
General Setup
3. Feedback Threshold: reviewers are only directed to leave an online review if their rating meets or exceeds your minimum threshold. For example, let's say that your minimum threshold is 5-stars. A reviewer will only be directed to post their review on Google, Yelp, and / or Facebook if they provide a 5-star review. If they provide 4-stars or less, they will be directed to leave you with feedback that will only be viewed internally by you and your team. This ensures that only the most satisfied customers are directed to publicly rate your business.
4. Google Reviews (optional): Enter the Google Place ID of your business. Click here to learn where to get your Google Place ID.
5. Yelp Reviews (optional): Enter the Yelp ID of your business. Click here to learn where to get your Yelp ID.
6. Facebook Page Reviews (optional): Enter the subdirectory portion of the Facebook Business Page URL of your business. Click here to learn where to get your Facebook Business Page URL. As an example, the subdirectory portion of Aluvii's Facebook page is aluvii as shown below. We would type simply aluvii in the field.
Test your form and all of the review options to ensure the threshold is working as expected and that everything is linking to the right place. If a review link takes you to a page like this, you may not have reviews enabled on that platform. See this video to learn how to enable reviews on Facebook.
Feedback Form Link

7. Include the Feedback Form link in any template using either the Feedback Link merge tag or by simply pasting it into the text of your template.
