What's New?

• Stripe Payment Processor Integration - We are excited to announce that our integration to Stripe for payment card processing is now in general release!  Email us at support@aluvii.com to get started.  Below is a listing of just some of the benefits:
  • Best-in-class security, speed, uptime, support, documentation, flexibility, and transparency.  Stripe is the gold standard for modern electronic payment processing trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
  • Rate Matching and Free Card Readers:  current Aluvii customers who migrate to Stripe will have their rates matched and for a limited time will receive brand new, modern touch screen card readers free of charge.  Card readers are wireless and have full support for on-screen tips.  The transition takes minutes and is 100% online requiring no paper documents. 
  • New Features: 
    • Buy Now, Pay Later from Affirm is in general release.
    • Pay invoices with URL link coming in Q1 2026.
    • Card on File:  support for card on file is expected for release in Q1 2026.
  • Payments and Revenue Growth: higher authorization rates through smart retries, adaptive acceptance and network-level optimizations.  Automatic card updater reduces churn on payment plans for expired or replaced cards.
  • No monthly fees:  no gateway fees, no statement fees, no PCI compliance fees.
  • Chargeback and Fraud Protection: With an enormous share of all ecommerce transactions in the Americas passing through Stripe's platform (estimates are between 45% and 68% of all ecommerce volume), fraud is caught quickly with 3D secure (3DS) built-in to insure against chargebacks due to fraud as well as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) verifies address and zip code.  Online self-service AI capable tools are available to fight chargebacks.
  • Apps and Online Portals:  track charge card revenue and payouts in real-time with Stripe's mobile app and online dashboard.  Role-based access controls for finance and operations teams.  Access statements on-demand, any time.
