Online Review Management - The online review management feature available with the Growth Marketing Module allows you to gather star rating feedback and then encourages reviewers that provide a 5-star rating to also post their review publicly on Google, Yelp, and Facebook.  Those who provided 4-stars or less are prompted to share private feedback that only you and your team can see.

Online reviews play a critical role in how potential customers discover and choose your business. Positive reviews build trust, improve your visibility on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook and directly influence booking and purchase decisions.

Share your feedback link on your website, social media, or in print with a QR code.  When paired with the Growth Marketing Module’s automated campaigns, you can include a link to the online review form in any automated campaign.
