Reset Password for Aluvii Customer Portal

This guide walks you through the simple steps to reset your password for the Aluvii Customer Portal, so you can quickly and securely get back to managing your account. Follow this same process to set a password if this is your first time accessing the customer portal.

1. First, go to this URL:   https://customapps.aluvii.com/my_account?tab=company
2. Then, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
3. Type your email address and click Send Reset Email.
4. Go to your email inbox and find the Password Reset Email and click on the Reset Your Password button:
5. Now, set a new secure password and click the Confirm button.
6. Finally, you will see links to Submit an Idea, Aluvii News, Marketing Module, and My Account.
