What's New?

Collect Party Payments Instantly with Secure Payment Links - The new Payment Links for Party Bookings feature makes it easier than ever to collect deposits, balances, and custom payment amounts from your guests for event bookings.

Staff can now generate secure payment links directly from the Booking Dashboard and either email them to guests or share them through their preferred communication method. Payment links are tied directly to the party booking, ensuring that payments are automatically applied to the correct reservation. Staff can choose to request a deposit, the remaining balance, or a custom amount based on the needs of the booking.   

When enabled, tipping is supported and part of the checkout flow.  

Anticipated primary use-cases:

Final Settlement of Balance Due: use this feature to streamline the settling of the balance due at the conclusion of an event - just send the link to the guest as the ending time of the event nears and they can pull it up on their mobile device and pay.  Alternatively, your party host can pull up the link on a company tablet and hand it to the guest for even more convenience and professionalism.

Payment of Deposits When Guest Does Not Book Online: when an event is booked by an employee in the employee event booking register, such as in a situation where the booking is performed over the phone instead of online, the employee can send the link to the guest as a "quote" or "confirmation" for validation and then the guest can pay while you wait on the phone instead of taking the card number over the phone.
