Party Guest List

Report Guide for Users

What this report shows, the choices you make when running it, and how to read each section.

What this report is for

The Party Guest List report shows every party invitation that was sent out for a booking within a date range. It's useful for confirming which guests were invited, how the invitation was delivered, and what the invitation actually said.

How the report works

You choose a date range based on when the invitation record was created. The report only includes invitations that were successfully sent — invitations that failed to send or are still pending aren't included.

The choices you make when running it

These are the settings available. Everything else is calculated automatically.

1. The time period

SettingWhat it does
StartDateThe beginning of the date range you want to report on.
EndDateThe end of the date range you want to report on.

2. Columns to show

SettingWhat it does
Columns To ShowChoose which optional columns appear on the report: Send Status, Send Method, Message Sent, and/or Message Logs. All four are included by default. Order Id and Receiver Contact are always shown.

Columns on the report

ColumnDescription
Order IdThe booking the invitation was sent for. All invitations for the same booking are grouped together.
Receiver ContactThe email address or phone number the invitation was sent to.
Send StatusThe delivery status of the invitation. Since the report only includes sent invitations, this will always show as sent.
Send MethodHow the invitation was delivered (for example, email or text message).
Message SentThe actual content of the invitation message that was sent.
Message LogsDelivery log details for the message, useful for troubleshooting delivery issues.

How to read the layout

Rows are grouped by Order Id, so if a single booking had invitations sent to multiple guests, all of those invitations appear together under that order before moving on to the next booking.
