What's New?

Membership Package Reservation of Session Products – Membership packages can now entitle members to reserve session slots at no cost, so instead of just showing up and checking in, members book a time slot like any other guest. It's a simple way to protect your capacity, avoid overbooking, and give members a smoother, more predictable visit.

You decide exactly how it works with rules you set per membership package, and you can override them for individual session products:

• Days Valid — the days members are allowed to reserve
• Slots Per Day — cap how many reservations a member can make per day or per week (set to 0 for unlimited)
• Max Time Per Day — cap total reserved minutes per day or per week (set to 0 for unlimited)
• Who Can Reserve — limit reservations to members on the account, or allow members to book for guests outside it
• Custom Notice for Customers — a message members see explaining your reservation limits

Members make their reservations right in the webstore, and those reservations appear in Will Call alongside all your other session products, so your team manages them exactly the way they do today.
