The Discount Code Feature in the Growth Marketing Module automatically generates a unique discount code per recipient of the campaign. This feature can be used with any marketing email campaign to help drive customer engagement and boost revenue.
Unlike standard discount codes in Aluvii POS, which may use a single shared code for a specific customer group (for example, a common code used for military discounts), the Growth Marketing Module generates a unique code for each recipient. This allows businesses to better track redemptions, prevent code sharing, set variable expiration dates, and measure campaign effectiveness. Additionally, generated discount codes can be configured to expire after a single use, providing greater control over promotional offers and helping ensure discounts are redeemed only as intended.
The unique discount codes reference a discount package in Aluvii POS along with that package's rules and settings.
Adding Discount Codes to a Campaign
Campaign setup and look for the Discount Code field. Then click on Configure discount code
Fill out the required fields. Once done, click Save Discount Code.

| Discount Package | Pulled from your discount package on your Aluvii POS. Follows the rules and settings defined in a selected package. Users can create a new package or use an existing one. Refer to the Creating Discounts article. |
| Discount Code Prefix | Optional. The prefix is added to the beginning of each generated discount code to help you identify codes created for a specific campaign. The full code consists of your prefix followed by a 12-character random code. Allowed characters: letters, numbers, and $, _, -, =. |
| Number of Characters | Total length of the discount code. Maximum is 20. |
| Expiry Days | Days until the code expires after it is created. |
| Restrict | Prevent combining with other codes in the same package on one transaction. |
| Usage | Total times the code can be used. Enter 0 for unlimited. |
- Once you’re done filling in all the needed details, go back to the upper left corner of the campaign and click on Publish.
