What this report shows, the choices you make when running it, and how to read each section.
What this report is for
The Daily Rental Details report lists every rental order picked up within a date range, along with the fitting and equipment details for each guest on the order — height, weight, foot size, skier type, rental package, rental duration, and any assigned equipment/asset details.
How the report works
You choose a date range based on the rental's pickup date, and which workflow/kiosk(s) the rentals came through. The report then lists every guest on every matching rental order, with their fitting details and equipment assignment.
The choices you make when running it
These are the settings available. Everything else is calculated automatically.
1. The time period
| Setting | What it does |

| Start Date | The beginning of the date range you want to report on, based on the rental's pickup date. |
| End Date | The end of the date range you want to report on, based on the rental's pickup date. |
2. What to include and how it's displayed
| Setting | What it does |

| WorkFlow | Choose one or more rental workflows/kiosks to include. Leave all selected to include every workflow. |
| Report Format | Choose Receipt Layout (default) to display each order as its own printable, receipt-style block, or Table Layout to display everything as a flat, spreadsheet-style table. |
What's shown for each rental
| Field | Description |

| Order Id | The order the rental belongs to. |
| Guest Name | The name on the order, along with the pickup date. |
| Order Total | The total charge for the order. |
| Pay Status | Whether the order is Paid, Partial, Not Paid, or Cancelled. |
| Guest Detail's Name | The name of the individual guest the fitting/equipment details below apply to (an order can include multiple guests). |
| Height / Weight (lbs) | The guest's height and weight as entered for the fitting. |
| Foot Size / Size Type | The guest's shoe size and size type (for example, men's, women's, or youth). |
| Age / Skier Type | The guest's age and skier ability level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). |
| Rental Package | The rental package booked for the guest. |
| Rental Duration (Day/s) | How many days the rental covers. |
| Pick Up Date / Return Date | When the rental equipment is picked up and due back. |
| Asset Type / Asset Option Details | The type of equipment assigned (for example, skis or a snowboard) and the specific option/configuration assigned to the guest. |
| Custom Fields | Any answers to custom rental form questions collected for this guest. |
How to read the layout
In Receipt Layout, each order gets its own block showing the guest name, pickup date, order ID, total, and pay status up top, followed by the fitting and equipment details for each guest on that order — designed to be printed and handed to rental staff.
In Table Layout, the same information is shown as one continuous table, grouped by Order Id and then by guest, which is easier to scan or export when you're reviewing many rentals at once.
