What's New?

Ability to Ban Guests - Your team can now flag guest accounts that require special attention or restrictions. Once a guest is flagged, staff see an immediate visual alert any time they work with that guest’s record, such as:

• During transactions at the employee register
• When selling products that require an account (e.g., event bookings, rentals)
• At will-call when checking in guests

Whether you’re addressing policy violations, safety concerns, or operational risks, the Ban Guests feature helps your team make informed decisions on the spot and enforce your policies consistently, creating a safer experience for staff and guests alike.
