KPI Report
Report Guide for Users
What this report shows, the choices you make when running it, and how to read each section.
What this report is for
The KPI Report is a one-page dashboard of key business metrics for a date range you choose — overall sales, labor efficiency, event bookings, and membership sales — so you can check the health of your business at a glance without running several separate reports.
How the report works
The report totals your sales, labor hours, event bookings, and membership sales for the date range you set, then lays the results out as four side-by-side panels.
The choices you make when running it
There are only two settings to consider.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Start Date | The beginning of the date range you want to report on. |
| End Date | The end of the date range you want to report on. |
The four panels
Transaction Metrics
| Metric | Description |

| Transaction Count | The number of distinct transactions in the date range. |
| Sales per Transaction | Total Sales divided by Transaction Count — your average transaction size. |
Labor Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Sales | Net sales across the business for the date range. |
| Total Labor Hour | The total hours worked, based on paired employee time clock punches within the date range. |
| Sales per Labor Hour | Total Sales divided by Total Labor Hour — how much revenue you generated per hour of labor. |
Booking Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Event Bookings Sales | Net sales from event bookings during the date range. |
| Event Bookings Count | The number of event booking transactions during the date range. |
| Average Event Booking Value | Event Bookings Sales divided by Event Bookings Count. |
| Percent Share of Total Sales | What portion of your overall sales came from event bookings. |
Membership Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Membership Sales | Net sales from memberships during the date range. |
| Percent Share of Total Sales | What portion of your overall sales came from memberships. |
How to read the layout
The four panels sit side by side, each with its own metrics for the same date range, so you can scan across all four business areas at once rather than pulling up separate reports for sales, labor, bookings, and memberships.
