Membership Sales Count
Report Guide for Users
What this report shows, the choices you make when running it, and how to read each section.
What this report is for
The Membership Sales Count report tells you how many new memberships were sold within a date range, broken down by membership package and by the employee who made the sale.
This report only counts brand-new membership sales — the very first purchase of a membership or payment plan. Payplan renewals (later terms of an existing plan) are not counted, so this won't match a report that includes every membership charge.
How the report works
The report totals the quantity of new memberships sold within your date range, grouped by which product/package was sold and which employee sold it.
The choices you make when running it
There are only two settings to consider.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Start Date | The beginning of the date range you want to report on. |
| End Date | The end of the date range you want to report on. |
Columns on the report
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Product Name | The membership package sold. |
| Employee Name | The employee credited with the sale. Shows "N/A" if no employee is on record for the transaction. |
| Quantity Sold | How many new memberships of that product that employee sold. |
How to read the layout
Rows are grouped by Product Name, and within each product, by Employee Name. Each product group shows a Total for that product, and a Grand Total at the very end of the report gives you the overall count of new memberships sold across every product and employee.
