Reports not Displaying: Error 504 Workaround

Error 504 is currently a known issue that prevents the system from displaying the report's output. Our developers are looking into it.

As a workaround, when Error 504 appears, click and reselect the EndDate parameter. This will let the system automatically render the report and display the output. You may need to repeat this step multiple times, depending on how large the report is. The date range filter is one factor that affects the size of the report.

There is no need to click the "View Report" button for this.
