Printing Tickets or Wristbands for Memberships

A very common way to validate your members for admission is by scanning their membership ID cards. But some business owners still require all their customers to still have a wristband for easy access to different kinds of facilities in the building or park.

Some employees will complete a zero-dollar transaction in the Employees Register in order to print the wristband or ticket to give it to the member. Here's an easier way to provide tickets or wristbands to your members without having to do a zero-dollar transaction:

1. First, go to the Ticketing module and check the name of the Ticket Template for your wristband tickets.
2. Next, go to the Membership Package, assign the Ticket Template in the settings and save it.
3. Then go ahead and sell that membership package to your customer so the membership is showing on their guest record in the account.
4. Finally, you should be able to print the secondary ticket by clicking on the Action button, and then Print Ticket on that membership package sold to the customer.
