Notes about select fields:

Guest Birth Day - is the actual day, month, and year the guest was born. Use if you want to send the guest something specifically for their 10th birthday, as an example.
Guest Birth Date - is the day and month (without the year) that the guest's birthday occurs each year.
Guest Birth Date Formatted - best date to use as a merge tag, because it is formatted nicely.
Guest Image Updated Date - the date on which the guest's image was last updated.
