What's New?

Report Subscriptions - You can now subscribe to any report and have it delivered automatically to your email inbox on a schedule you set.  

Instead of logging in, running a report, exporting it, and emailing it to whomever needs it, you set the parameters once and Aluvii does the rest. Choose a daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time schedule, pick your delivery format (PDF, Excel, or CSV), and add as many recipients as you need.  Date ranges are relative — today, yesterday, last week, current month, last month — so every delivery reflects the current period without anyone touching the settings again.

Because reports arrive on their own, the right numbers reach the right people whether or not those people have a login or know how to run a report:

• Daily sales summary waiting in your inbox each evening
• Weekly performance reports sent automatically to location managers
• Month-end financials and sales tax reports delivered straight to your bookkeeper or accountant
• Timekeeping reports delivered to HR for payroll processing
• Event booking summary delivered to party hosts at the start of the day

Subscriptions can be edited or deleted at any time from the Subscriptions dropdown on the report, so schedules and recipient lists stay easy to adjust as your team changes.
