Creating QR Code to Sign Waiver

Some of our clients want to generate a QR for their front lobby so that their customers can scan the QR code from their smartphones and sign the waiver from their own devices. Here's how to do it:

1. First, make sure you're using the Google Chrome browser when using this method. Then open the waiver form URL where you want customers to sign the waiver. To get there, you can go to Waiver Management and highlight the waiver you want to launch, and click on the grid options dropdownand then click View Waiver Form to launch it. 2. The waiver form will automatically open to a new browser tab. In the Chrome browser, click on the "Share" icon on the right side of the URL area.

3. Choose the QR Code option on the drop-down menu.
   

4. Next, a pop-up window will show the generated QR code for your waiver link, and you can click on the Download option to save the QR code image file to your computer.

5. Now that the QR code is generated and downloaded, you can use this QR code for your customers to sign the waiver document from their own smart phones.
